9.44.10 Permitting; Misdemeanor When¶
Every owner, lessee, or keeper of any room, or other place where any game of chance is played or carried on for money, checks, or other representative of value, who permits any person under the age of eighteen years, to be or remain in any such house, room or other place wherein such game is played or carried on, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

9.44.20 Permitting; Punishment Prescribed By Penal Code¶
Every person found guilty of a violation of any of the provisions of Section 9.44.10 shall be punished as prescribed by Section 19 of the Penal Code of the state of California.
