Del Norte County Municipal Code § 2.08 Auditor-Controller 2.08.10 Qualifications

The provisions of California Government Code section 26945 et seq., concerning the qualifications and continuing education required of the county auditor-controller, are hereby made applicable to and of force and effect in the Del Norte County. This section shall not apply to any person duly elected or ap pointed as the county auditor-controller and actually serving as such officer on the effective date of the ordinance codified in this section, and such person shall be eligible to hold, and to be reelected to the office, notwithstanding the provisions of this section.

There is created in Del Norte County the office of county controller. The duties of the office of county controller shall be performed ex officio by the county auditor.
