18.30.10 Permits For Temporary Signs; Others

Temporary construction signs, real estate signs, political campaign signs, or signs with noncommercial messages on private properly shall be allowed only in accordance with the conditions set out in this chapter.

18.30.20 Term

The term of such signs shall be as follows:

  1. Construction Signs - While contractor is actively engaged in construction.

  2. Real Estate Signs - From the time the property is listed to thirty days after the sale.

  3. Political Campaign Signs/Other - From forty-five days prior to the scheduled election to ten days after the election.

18.30.30 Maximum Number

Maximum number of signs shall be three per zone lot.

18.30.40 Required Separation

Required separation shall be three hundred feet on the same zone lot from like signs advertising the same contractor, same property, or same candidate.
