2.72.10 Authorized¶
An amendment to the contract between the board of supervisors of the county and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System is authorized, a copy of said amend ment being attached hereto, marked Exhibit A, and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full.

2.72.20 Execution¶
The chairman of the board of supervisors is authorized, empow ered and directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of the county.

2.72.30 Amendment¶
An amendment to the contract between the board of supervisors of the county of Del Norte and the Board of Administration, Califor nia Public Employees' Retirement System which adds the optional benefit authorized by Government Code Section 20862.8, credit for used sick leave for retirement purposes, is authorized for miscella neous members and the chairman of the board of supervisors is authorized, empowered, and directed to execute this amendment for and on behalf of the county of Del Norte.
