7.44.10 Pilot And Advisor Registration Fee¶
Pursuant to California Food and Agricultural Code Sections 11923 and 12034, the board adopts fees to recover the cost of registering pest control pilots and pest control advisors.
The agricultural commissioner of Del Norte County is directed to collect registration fees for all pest control pilots and pest control advisors who operate within the county. The fee shall be ten dollars per year if Del Norte county is the first county of registration, and five dollars per year if the pest control pilot or pest control advisor is already registered in another California county.

7.44.20 Agricultural And Structural Pest Control Operator Registration Fees¶
Pursuant to California Food and Agriculture Code Sections 11734 and 15204, the board adopts fees to recover the cost of registering agricultural and structural pest control operators.
There is established and the agricultural commissioner of Del Norte County is directed to collect registration fees for all agricultural and structural pest control operators operating within Del Norte County. The fees shall be twenty-five dollars per year for each agricultural pest control operator, ten dollars per year for each structural pest control advisor. In addition, the agricultural commissioner of Del Norte County shall collect a proctoring fee of ten dollars for each structural pest control operator examination.

7.44.30 Pest Control Fee¶
There is established and the agricultural commissioner of Del Norte County is directed to collect a fee for weed control and mosquito control. The fee established for weed control shall include the cost of materials used and the current hourly Del Norte County labor charge. The fee established for mosquito control shall be one hundred dollars per hour. The fee established for phytosanitary certificates shall be twenty-five cents per carton.
