2.28.10 Desire To Qualify For State Aid

The governing body of the county declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the state under the provisions of Section 13522, Chapter I of Title 4, Part 4 of the California Penal Code.

2.28.20 Conformance To State Standards

Pursuant to Sections 13510.1 and 13512 of the California Penal Code, the Del Norte County sheriff's department, the Del Norte County district attorney's office, and any other police agency of the county will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the Commission on Peace Officers Standards and Training.

2.28.30 Adherence To Standards

The Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training and its representatives may make such inquiries as deemed necessary to ascertain that the peace officer personnel of the county adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
