9.04.10 Findings Of Board Of Supervisors¶
The board of supervisors finds on the basis of employment conditions, the state of the county jail facilities, and other pertinent circumstances, among which are that many misdemeanants confined in the county jail have families which during the term of confinement are dependent upon the county for support, that operation of Section 1208 of the Penal Code of the state of California is feasible in the county of Del Norte.

9.04.20 Furlough Administrator¶
The sheriff shall perform the functions of the work furlough administrator under Section 1208 of the Penal Code and the provisions of Section 1208 are adopted in toto.
