2.40.10 Establish Department¶
There is established within the county a department to be known as the Del Norte County Department of Health and Human Services.

2.40.20 Establish Position Of Director¶
There is established the position of director of the Department of Health and Human Services, who shall be appointed by the board of supervisors.

2.40.30 Director Duties¶
The director shall manage the Department of Health and Human Services in accordance with state law and local ordinance and shall perform such other related duties as may from time to time be prescribed by the board of supervisors.
