2.35.10 Office Established¶
There is established the office of county agricultural commission er and county sealer of weights and measures.

2.35.20 Modification Of Existing Codes¶
Where either the term "agricultural commissioner" or "county sealer of weights and measures" appears in other provisions of the Del Norte County Ordinance Code, it shall be interpreted to mean the county agricultural commissioner and county sealer of weights and measures.

2.35.30 Specific Duties¶
The agricultural commissioner and county sealer of weights and measures shall perform those duties set forth in Division 2, Chapter 2, Article 8 of the California Food and Agricultural Code, commenc ing with Section 2101, and in Division 5, Chapter 2, Article 2 of the California Business and Professions Code, commencing with Section 12200, as well as any other duties imposed upon such office by state law, and such other related duties as the board of supervisors may designate.
