2.16.10 Office Created¶
There is created in the county of Del Norte the office of public guardian.

2.16.20 Appointment¶
The duties of the office of public guardian shall be performed ex officio, by the director of Health and Human Services.

2.16.30 Duties¶
The duties of the public guardian shall be those set forth in Sections 27430 et seq. of the California Government Code.
