9.08.010 Definitions. As used in this chapter,

"public restroom" means any restroom or lavatory facilities, either publicly or privately owned, available and open to use by all members of the public. (Ord. 516 § 1, 1968; prior code § 7-4.0).

9.08.020 Prohibited act. It is unlawful for any

person to change clothes in a public restroom in the unincorporated area of Tuolumne County. (Ord. 516 § 2, 1968; prior code § 7-4.1).

9.08.030 Posting of sign required for

enforcement. The provisions of Section 9.08.020 shall be of no force and effect unless a sign indicating such prohibition is conspicuously posted in the restroom. Such sign shall contain the following language:

CHANGING OF CLOTHES PROHIBITED, TUOLUMNE COUNTY ORDINANCE No. 516.

The lettering on the sign shall be of a minimum size of one inch. (Ord. 516 § 3, 1968; prior code § 7-4.2).
