2.72.010 Findings. The board of supervisors¶
finds, on the basis of local employment conditions, education conditions, the state of county jail facilities and other pertinent circumstances considered by the board, that the operation of Section 1208 of the Penal Code providing for work and educational furloughs for prisoners at the county jail is feasible. (Ord. 1232 § 1 (part), 1982; Ord. 1206 § 1 (part), 1982).
2.72.020 Administrator. The probation¶
officer shall perform the functions of the work furlough administrator. (Ord. 1232 § 1 (part), 1982; Ord. 1206 § 1 (part), 1982).
2.72.030 Agreement delegation. Pursuant to¶
Section 1208.5 of the Penal Code the work furlough administrator is delegated the authority to enter into agreements described therein. (Ord. 1439 § 1, 1985).
