2.56.010 Personnel policies. Except as¶

otherwise provided in this code, the wages, hours, terms and conditions of employment, personnel rules and regulations governing all employees in classified and nonclassified positions shall be established by resolution(s) duly adopted by the board of supervisors. (Ord. 1902 § 3 (part), 1992).
