18.10.010 Animals.¶
A. No person shall willfully, intentionally, or knowingly permit any animal owned, possessed or harbored by him or her to enter the airport unless the animal is leashed or restricted in such manner as to be under control or is in a shipping container or is otherwise under physical restraint for the safety of animals and aviators. B. No person shall hunt or fish on the airport. C. No person shall ride or walk a horse on the airport except as necessary to transporting such animal by air.
18.10.020 Removal of Animals. The Airport¶
Manager is authorized to remove any animal at the airport in violation of Chapter 18.10.010, and to impound the same at owner=s expense and without liability to the county for damage or injury which may result from, or in the course of, such removal or impoundment.
18.10.030 Violations of this chapter. Any¶
person found in violation of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. Notwithstanding a criminal conviction for a violation of this chapter, any person found in violation of this chapter may be temporarily or permanently barred from use of the airport as reasonably determined by the Airport Manager.
