15.16.010 Exemption from state law.

Pursuant to Section 25985 of the Public Resources Code, the county

does exempt itself from the provisions of the Solar Shade Control Act, being Chapter 12 (commencing with Section 25980) of Division 15 of the Public Resources Code. (Ord. 981 § 1, 1979; prior code § 12-2.0).
