2.64.010 Grand jurors. The fees for grand¶
jurors are ten dollars a day for each day's attendance as a grand juror and twenty-four cents a mile, in coming and going. for each mile actually traveled in attending sessions of the grand jury. (Ord. 1133 § 1 (part), 1981; prior code § 2-19.0).
2.64.020 Trial jurors. The fees for trial jurors¶
in criminal and civil cases are five dollars a
day for each day's attendance as a juror and
twenty-four cents a mile, in coming and
going, for each mile actually traveled in
attending the courts as a juror. No trial juror
shall be required during any twelve-month
period to serve more than ten court days,
except as necessary to complete the hearing
of an action. (Ord. 1585 § 1, 1987; Ord.
