13.25.010 Title. This chapter shall be known¶

13.25.020 Authorization to Implement¶

Community Choice Aggregation Program. In order to provide businesses and residents within the unincorporated Tuolumne County with a choice of power providers, the County of Tuolumne hereby elects to implement a community choice aggregation program within the unincorporated Tuolumne County by participating in the Community Choice Aggregation Program. To implement a community choice aggregation program, the unincorporated Tuolumne County shall enter into a Joint Powers Agreement.
