12.16.010 Hours. The hours during which a

park or park area, except Pioneer Park in Columbia, owned, operated or controlled, in whole or in part, by the county in the unincorporated area of the county is closed to the public shall be 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. of each and every day. Pioneer Park in Columbia shall be closed to the public from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. from May lst through October 31st and from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m. from November 1st through April 30th.
Appropriate notice of closure shall be posted by the county. No person shall enter or remain in a park or park area during the hours when the park or park area is closed to the public, except with the permission of an authorized employee or agent of the county. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 1278 § 1, 1983; Ord. 702 § 1, 1972; prior code § 7-17.0).
