18.06.010 Pedestrians.¶
A. No person shall travel on the airport except on a road, walk or other place provided for the kind of travel being undertaken. B. No person shall occupy or place an object on the road or walk on the airport in a manner that hinders or obstructs its proper use. C. Pilots, passengers, maintenance personnel, and hangar and tie-down lessees with aircraft parked on the ramps or aprons may travel on the ramps or aprons to obtain access to their aircraft for the purpose of maintenance and operation of their aircraft. D. Other than the exception specified in subsection AC@ above, no person shall travel on the taxiways, runways, operational areas, ramps or aprons without prior permission of the Airport Manager except in an emergency.
18.06.020 Restricted areas.¶
A. The board shall designate by resolution restricted areas where pedestrians may not be. B. The Airport Manager shall make appropriate markings giving notice thereof. C. No person shall be in a restricted area unless authorization has been first obtained by the Airport Manager.
18.06.030 Compliance with sign or signal. No¶
person, while on the airport, shall fail to comply with any posted sign or shall such person fail to comply with an order or directive from any peace officer, fire fighter, public officer, or manager or employee of the airport.
18.06.040 Violations of this chapter. Any¶
person found in violation of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. Notwithstanding a criminal conviction for a violation of this chapter, any person found in violation of this chapter may be temporarily or permanently barred from use of the airport as reasonably determined by the Airport Manager.
