12.28.010 Prohibited. No person shall jump or

dive from a public highway bridge and such jumping or diving is prohibited. (Ord. 1550 § 1 (part), 1987).

12.28.020 Penalty for violation. Any person

violating any provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable as set forth in Section 1.08.020 of the Tuolumne county code. (Ord. 1550 § 1 (part), 1987).

12.28.030 Exemptions. This chapter shall not

apply to persons jumping from bridges when doing so pursuant to a discretionary permit issued according to regulations adopted by the board. (Ord. 1973 § 1, 1993).
