16.19.010 Application. It is the intent of these

regulations that land division review be carried out simultaneously with the review of a requested planned unit development permit. If the subdivider wants a planned unit development permit to apply to his/her land division, an application for a planned unit development permit must be submitted to the community development department at the same time that an application for a division of land is submitted.
The plans required for a planned unit development permit shall be submitted in a form to satisfy the requirements of the land division regulations in addition to the procedures and requirements for the consideration of planned unit development permit as provided in title 17 of this code. 16.19.020 Review. The technical advisory

committee shall review the planned unit development permit and land division for compliance with this title. The terms, conditions, provisions, limitations and restrictions may be more or less restrictive than those specified elsewhere in this code, such as: width of road rights-of-way or requirements of a performance bond. The board shall approve, conditionally approve or deny the tentative map or tentative parcel map in conjunction with its consideration of the planned unit development permit. (Ord. 2901 § 5, 2008)

16.19.030 Conditions. Conditions of the

planned unit development permit are binding on all future development within the land division unless the planned unit development permit is modified as provided in title 17 of this code. All future grading, structures, signs, road and drainage improvements, encroachments, resubdivisions, measures to protect cultural and natural resources, etc., must be in conformance with the planned unit development permit. (Ord. 2901 § 5, 2008)
