6.08.010 Streams and watercourses designated

public highways. The following streams and watercourses, situated in the county are public highways for the purpose of fishing therein:

The water of the main Stanislaus River, its tributaries, the water of the Tuolumne River, to the Yosemite National Park Boundary Line, all of the tributaries of the Tuolumne River. (Ord. 267 § 1, 1952; prior code § 7-11.0).
