2-4080 - SMALL CLAIMS FEE.

When a judgment debtor pays the judgment of a small claims court directly to the court from which the judgment was issued, the debtor shall pay an administrative fee of fourteen dollars ($14.00) to cover the cost of processing the small claims judgment.
