5-6300 - INDUSTRIAL WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS.
Before granting an industrial waste permit to any applicant, the Director must determine that the waste is one which will not damage or destroy the public sewer or cause an unwarranted increase in the cost of maintenance of the public sewer or retard or inhibit treatment of the sewage. Should the waste be one that can be acceptable only by pretreatment, the applicant shall at his expense provide, place in operation, maintain and operate the necessary pretreatment facilities before the permit is granted.

5-6301 - QUANTITY OF DISCHARGE.
The quantity of waste to be discharged from an industry shall be limited to the capacity of existing public sewerage facilities to handle the flow. Arrangements for additional capacity required shall be negotiated before such discharge is attempted.
