Pursuant to Section 535.5 of the Welfare and Institutions Code, the San Joaquin County Delinquency Prevention Commission is hereby established to co-ordinate on a county-wide basis the work of those governmental and nongovernmental organizations engaged in activities designed to prevent juvenile delinquency.

2-3201 - DESIGNATION OF JUVENILE JUSTICE COMMISSION.

The Juvenile Justice Commission, created pursuant to Section 525 of the Welfare and Institutions Code of California, is hereby designated to serve as the "San Joaquin County Delinquency Prevention Commission."
