F-3040 - FLOOD CONTROL ASSESSMENT LEVIED—OPERATIVE DATE.
A flood control assessment is levied on each parcel of real property in the District or any zone thereof for the purposes stated in the report and in this division.
The Board shall, in each year, prior to the time of fixing the County tax rate, estimate the cost of providing flood control services within the District, or any zone thereof, during the ensuing year, in compliance with California Constitution, Article XIII D, § 4 and Government Code Section 53750 et seq.
