Chapter 1 — ESTABLISHMENT OF ROAD DISTRICTS

10-1000 - COUNTY DIVIDED INTO ROAD DISTRICTS.

The County of San Joaquin shall be and the same is hereby divided into five road districts, and the road districts hereinafter numbered shall be, and the same are hereby, established, and the descriptions of the boundaries thereof shall be as hereinafter set forth.

10-1001 - ROAD DISTRICT NO. 1.

The First Road District shall include all that portion of the County embraced within the unincorporated territory within the First Supervisorial District, as the same is described in Section 2-1001 of this Code, and as that section may be amended from time to time.

10-1002 - ROAD DISTRICT NO. 2.

The Second Road District shall include all that portion of the County embraced within the unincorporated territory within the Second Supervisorial District, as the same is described in Section 2-1002 of this Code, and as that section may be amended from time to time.

10-1003 - ROAD DISTRICT NO. 3.

The Third Road District shall include all that portion of the County embraced within the unincorporated territory within the Third Supervisorial District, as the same is described in Section 2-1003 of this Code, and as that section may be amended from time to time.

10-1004 - ROAD DISTRICT NO. 4.

The Fourth Road District shall include all that portion of the County embraced within the unincorporated territory within the Fourth Supervisorial District, as the same is described in Section 2-1004 of this Code, and as that section may be amended from time to time.

10-1005 - ROAD DISTRICT NO. 5.

The Fifth Road District shall include all that portion of the County embraced within the unincorporated territory within the Fifth Supervisorial District, as the same is described in Section 2-1005 of this Code, and as that section may be amended from time to time.
