4-5000 - BOARDING TRAIN IN MOTION.

No person shall get on or off any railroad car or train of cars while the car or train is in motion at any place other than a regular station, depot, or place where the car or train usually stops to take or land passengers, except persons who are officers or employees of the owner or operator of the car or train.
