Chapter 1 — THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT AND OUTLAY FUND

3-1000 - FUND ESTABLISHED.

For the purpose of providing an orderly and expedient means of providing revenue for making capital outlays, there is hereby created a fund to be known as the Capital Outlay Fund pursuant to the provisions of Sections 53730-53737, inclusive, of the Government Code.
