Chapter 4 — PUBLIC GUARDIAN

2-2060 - OFFICE CREATED.

Pursuant to Section 8000 of the Welfare and Institutions Code, there is hereby created the office of Public Guardian and such subordinate positions as may be necessary and as shall be determined by order of the Board of Supervisors, who shall serve at the pleasure of the Board of Supervisors of San Joaquin County.

2-2061 - COMPENSATION.

The Board shall by order fix the salary of the Public Guardian and such subordinate positions as may be necessary, which salaries may be changed at any time when deemed necessary by the Board.
