2-2800 - FEE FOR USE OF COUNTY RECORDER'S DOCUMENT STORAGE SYSTEM.

Pursuant to Section 27361.4 of the Government Code, commencing January 1, 1981, there is hereby imposed an additional fee of one dollar ($1.00) for filing every instrument, paper, or notice of record, in order to defray the cost of converting the County Recorder's document storage system to micrographics. Upon completion of the conversion and payment of the conversion costs, such additional fee shall no longer be imposed.
