Chapter 4 — HIGHWAYS UNDER REPAIR

10-4250 - TRAFFIC PROHIBITED.

No person shall walk, go, travel, or drive with any animal, vehicle, motorcycle, or bicycle, or ride or drive any animal across, or over any highway in this County, when the highway is being repaired or constructed before the repair or construction is finally completed.

10-4251 - VIOLATION; PENALTY.

Any person who violates this chapter shall be punished by imprisonment in the County Jail for not less than ten (10) days nor more than one hundred (100) days, or by a fine not less than ten dollars ($10) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100), or by both.
