2.14.010 - Office established—Appointment.

There is established in the county a division of the county administrative office known as the clerk of the board of supervisors. The county administrative officer shall act as the clerk of the board of supervisors pursuant to California Government Code Section 25100.5.

2.14.030 - Powers and duties.

The clerk of the board of supervisors shall have those powers and duties specifically prescribed for the office in California Government Code Section 25101, et seq., and such additional powers and duties as are specifically assigned by the board of supervisors.
