2.04.010 - Regular meetings.¶
Regular meetings of the Kern County Board of Supervisors shall be held at the chambers of the board of supervisors in the Administration Building located at 1115 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California. The board of supervisors shall adopt or amend its schedule of regular meetings by resolution.

2.04.020 - Compensation of board members.¶
Each member of the board of supervisors shall receive an annual flat rate salary and actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of the duties of his office.

2.04.030 - Term limits of board members.¶
A. A person may not serve more than two terms as a member of the board of supervisors for terms commencing after the effective date of this section.
B. A person who is elected or appointed to the board of supervisors after the effective date of this section, and who serves more than one-half (½) of a full term, shall be deemed to have served a full term for purposes of this section.
C. The board of supervisors may not amend this chapter. This chapter may only be amended by majority vote approval by county voters.
