Operational pressure tests shall be performed at each station outlet or terminal where the user makes connections and disconnections.

[NFPA 99:15.4.7.5.8.1] 1327.8.1 Test Gas. Tests shall be performed with the gas of system designation. [NFPA 99:15.4.7.5.8.2] 1327.8.2 Medical Gas Outlets. All medical gas outlets with a gauge pressure of 50 psi (345 kPa), including oxygen and nitrous oxide, shall deliver 1.8 standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM) (50 SLPM) with a pressure drop of not more than 5 psi (34 kPa) and static pressure of 50 psi (345 kPa) to 55 psi (379 kPa).
