Article 1 — Board Meetings

Except as specified in subdivision (a), effective April 1, 2003, there shall be three (3) regular meetings of the Board of Supervisors each month. The meetings shall be the first three (3) Tuesdays of each month.

There shall be two (2) regular meetings of the Board of Supervisors each month, effective September 1, 2017. Except as specified in subdivision (a), the regular meetings shall be held the first and third Tuesdays of each month.

In the months of July, August, November, and December, the regular meetings of the Board of Supervisors shall be held on the first two (2) Tuesdays of the month.
