Article 4 — Use of Facilities

Sec. 5-12.401. - Authorized use.

Unless authorized by the Public Health Officer or Director of Public Works or the representative of either, no person shall enter upon the grounds of any septage receiving facility or deposit or place any substance or matter upon the grounds of any facility.
