Article 2 — Fishing Site Designation

Sec. 4-2.201. - Fishing site designated.

All that portion of the Shasta River situate in Sections 25, 35, and 36, Township 43 N, Range 5 W, and in Sections 2, 3, 9, 10, and 11, Township 42 N, Range 5 West, M.D.B. & M., Siskiyou county, California, within the high water level of the waters of said Shasta River impounded by and behind Dwinell Dam within the stream bed of the said Shasta River is hereby declared to be a public highway for the purpose of fishing therein.

Sec. 4-2.202. - Obstructing fishing site unlawful.

It shall be unlawful for any person to in any manner obstruct or impede the free use by all persons of the public highway designated by Section 4-2.201 of this chapter for the purpose of fishing therein.
