Article 8 — Care Shelter

Sec. 5-3.8.01. - Animal control care shelter provided.¶

There shall be provided by the Board or by the Animal Control Officer, upon such terms and conditions as shall be indicated in the contract executed by the Animal Control Officer and Board, a suitable building or enclosure to keep and safely hold all animals subject to impoundment, which shall be known and designated as the Animal Control Care Shelter.
