Sec. 4-4.201. - Discharge of firearms: Vicinity of Yreka.

It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any firearm other than a shotgun, within a distance of one mile from the exterior boundary of the Town of Yreka in the County; provided, however, the provisions of this article shall not apply to an established rifle range previously approved by the Sheriff-Coroner of the County.

Sec. 4-4.202. - Discharge of firearms: Vicinity of camps, residences, recreation…

It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge a firearm within 200 yards of camps, residence sites, recreation grounds and areas, and lakes and other bodies of water adjacent to or within such areas in such a reckless manner as to expose any person to injury as a result of such discharge.
