Editor's note— Ord. No. 12-10, § I, adopted June 5, 2012, repealed the former §§ 2-1.03—2-1.05, and enacted a new §§ 2-1.03—2-1.17 as set out herein. The former §§ 2-1.03—2-1.05 pertained to landing fees, tiedown and overnight fees, miscellaneous parking fees and derived from Ord. 203, § 1; Ord. 557, §§ II—IV, effective Feb. 25, 1972; Ord. 607, effective Oct. 26, 1973; Ord. 97-30, effective Nov. 13, 1997; Ord. 02-09, §§ II, IV, VI, adopted July 4, 2002.
