Article 2 — Office of Animal Control

The office of Animal Control Officer is established. The Animal Control Officer may be a person, firm, association, corporation, or city and shall be appointed by the Board. The Animal Control Officer shall serve for such period, shall receive such compensation, and shall serve in all or a portion of the County as shall be established by resolution or by contract executed by the Board.
