Article 3 — Inmate Medical Billing

Sec. 2-31.3.01. - Authority: Fee imposed.¶
A fee for an inmate-initiated medical visit of an inmate confined in a County Jail is established in the amount of Three Dollars and no/100ths ($3.00) Dollars per visit pursuant to Penal Code Section 4011.2.

Sec. 2-31.3.02. - Procedure.¶
The fee shall be charged in accordance with Siskiyou County Jail Policy and Procedure No. 6-21.

Sec. 2-31.3.03. - Deposit of fees.¶
All moneys received by the Sheriff pursuant to this chapter shall be transferred to the County general fund.
