Article 3 — Local Emergency Medical Services Agency

Sec. 3-15.3.01. - Lead agency.¶
As authorized by Division 2.5 of the California Health and Safety Code, and the Siskiyou County Board of Supervisors, the local EMS agency shall serve as the lead agency for the EMS system in the County and is responsible for coordinating all system participants in the County.

Sec. 3-15.3.02. - Written agreements required.¶
The local EMS agency, as authorized and approved by the Board of Supervisors, shall establish written formal agreements with those emergency medical services provider agencies providing limited advanced life support, advanced life support, or enhanced basic life support consistent with the provisions of Division
