Article 5 — Skiing on Highways

Sec. 3-4.501. - Skiing restricted on highways.

It shall be unlawful for any person to ski, toboggan, or sleigh on or across any portion of any County road within the County in such manner as to interfere with the movement of vehicles thereon. Persons on skis proceeding on or across highways at a pace no greater than a walk shall not be within the prohibition of this section and shall be considered to be pedestrians with all the rights and duties thereof.
