Article 10 — Tire Chains

Sec. 3-4.1001. - Use of tire chains when required.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate any motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer without tire chains on any County highway or road when such highway or road has been signed or posted by the Road
Commissioner that the use of tire chains is required.
