Article 4 — Fingerprinting Fees

Sec. 2-31.4.01. - Established.

Pursuant to Penal Code Section 1330 and Government Code Section 54985, the Siskiyou County Sheriff shall charge the sum of Twenty-Three and no/100ths ($23.00) Dollars for taking fingerprints of a person who is an applicant for licensing, employment, or certification.

Sec. 2-31.4.02. - Fingerprinting fees for non-profit organizations.

Notwithstanding Section 2-31.4.01, the Siskiyou County Sheriff may charge the sum of Ten and no/100ths ($10.00) Dollars for fingerprinting individuals of non-profit organizations for whom fingerprinting is required by law. Non-profit organization shall be defined as an organization who has 501(c)(3) status for tax purposes.
