101/Oakland/Mabury Traffic Impact Fee" paid by developers for all industrial, commercial, and residential development that contributes interchange trips to either of the US-101/Oakland Road interchange or the US-101/Mabury Road interchange. (Ord. 31253.)

4.80.5310 Expenditures. ¶

Monies in the US-101/Oakland/Mabury Traffic Impact Fee Fund shall be expended for transportation improvements specified in the "US-101/ Mabury/Oakland Impact Fee Analysis." (Ord. 31253.)

4.80.5320 Interest. ¶

Interest which accrues from monies in the US101/Oakland/Mabury Traffic Impact Fee Fund shall be credited to this Fund.
