4.80.2710 Deposit of monies.

4.80.2700 Creation of state drug forfeiture fund.

There is hereby created and established a separate fund entitled the "state drug forfeiture fund." (Ord. 22708.)

4.80.2710 Deposit of monies.

All monies received by the city pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 11489 shall be deposited into the state drug forfeiture fund.

4.80.2720 Expenditures of monies.

Monies in the state drug forfeiture fund shall be disbursed as authorized by the city council for use by the San José police department. (Ord. 22708.)
