4.80.4980 Source of monies. ¶

4.80.4970 Evergreen Creek Assessment District Fund established. ¶

There is hereby created and established the "Evergreen Creek Assessment District Fund." (Ord. 31217.)

4.80.4980 Source of monies. ¶

The source of monies budgeted and accounted for in the Evergreen Creek Assessment District Fund shall be monies received from cost sharing agreements within the Evergreen Creek District between private parties. (Ord. 31217.)

4.80.4990 Expenditures. ¶

Monies in the Evergreen Creek Assessment District Fund shall be expended for the construction of public improvements as required by the City for development purposes. (Ord. 31217.)

4.80.5010 Shea Homes Advance Assessment District Fund established. ¶

There is hereby created and established the "Shea Homes Advance Assessment District Fund." (Ord. 31217.)

4.80.5020 Source of monies. ¶

The source of monies budgeted and accounted for in the Shea Homes Advance Assessment District Fund shall be monies received from cost sharing agreements within the Silver Creek Development District 1A between private parties. (Ord. 31217.)

4.80.5030 Expenditures. ¶

Monies in the Shea Homes Advance Assessment District Fund shall be expended for the construction of public improvements as required by the City for development purposes. (Ord. 31217.)

4.80.5040 Interest. ¶

Interest which accrues from monies in the Shea Homes Advance Assessment District Fund shall be credited to this Fund. (Ord. 31217.)
